ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER / STORE MANAGER
Job Summary
The Assistant Store Manager / Store Manager bears the overall responsibility for the profitability of the chain restaurant outlet. He/she performs outlet-level support functions, such as customer service, scheduling, handling day-to-day operations, cashiering, closing of the till, ordering inventory, and back office support.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage, direct and coordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant method.
- Ensure overall store image is maintained and the brand is always well represented.
- Ensure that the outlet budget is strictly adhered to and that all costs are controlled including shop expense, cost of goods & cost of labour.
- Motivate, guide and train the staff in upselling the food and beverage items.
- Attend to guest requests and attend to guest complaints as required.
Requirements
- Possess effective management skills
- Possess capability to lead, motivate and manage subordinates
- Good command of spoken English
- Any additional language (eg. Korean) would be an added advantage
- PC literate with knowledge in MS Office
- Min. Diploma/Degree in F&B management or any related fields
- At least 6 years of experience management in Food and Service Operations
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
Job Summary
The Management Trainee is responsible for taking customers’ orders, answering questions, and making recommendations on menu items, serving food/beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties. He/she is responsible for supervising staff working the floor, assigning their work stations, resolving work-related problems and ensuring the shift runs smoothly.
Roles & Responsibilities
- To provide excellent customer service to guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience.
- All the service aspects with gradual introduction to management tasks and roles.
- Upsell promotional items.
- Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
- Work together with other team members to provide good quality service.
- Execute any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Excellent Customer Service
- Good command of spoken English
- Any additional language (eg. Korean) would be an added advantage
- Min. GCE “N”/ “O” Level, customer service certificate or any related fields
- At least 2 years of experience working in customer service
- Pleasant, friendly, cheerful and able to work under pressure and in a high-volume environment
SERVICE CREW / SENIOR SERVICE CREW
Job Summary
The Service Crew / Senior Service Crew is responsible for taking customers’ orders, answering questions, and making recommendations on menu items, preparation and serving food/beverages to customers, and performing cashiering duties.

- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner.
- To provide excellent customer service to guests in a timely and friendly manner, ensuring diners a pleasant dining experience.

- Ensure that food hygiene and safety standards are maintained and comply.
- Maintain day to day outlet cleanliness.
- Execute any other duties as assigned.
Requirements

- Min. GCE “N”/ “O” Level, customer service certificate or any related fields
- No experience/ At least 1 year of experience working in customer service or relevant experience in F&B
